Apple has unveiled a system-wide artificial intelligence integration strategy for iOS 27 that extends far beyond its previously announced Siri overhaul, embedding AI capabilities directly into native applications including Mail, Notes, Photos, and Calendar, according to TechCrunch AI.

Mail’s AI integration introduces a three-tier priority system that categorises incoming messages as urgent, standard, or low-priority based on sender relationships, content analysis, and user behaviour patterns.
